How to print barcode labels on a Zebra printer
You can print barcode labels on a Zebra without an Excel barcode font. Open the free label maker, drop in a real CODE128, UPC, EAN, or QR, match the printer's DPI, and print with Browser Print. A screenshot of bars will not scan. A native barcode will.

Pick the stock and the barcode type
- CODE128 for SKUs, bins, and anything internal. Most flexible.
- UPC-A for US retail product stickers. You already own the number.
- EAN-13 for international retail.
- QR for URLs, Wi-Fi, and asset links.
Common sizes: 2×1, 2.25×1.25, 3×2, 1×1. Chart: sizes. Stock: shop.
Match the printer DPI
Most desktop Zebras are 203 DPI. A lot of ZD421 and ZD621 setups are 300. If those do not match, the bars go soft and scanners miss them. Fix fuzzy 300 DPI.
Design the barcode label in the browser

- Insert a barcode object, not a pasted image. Leave quiet white space around the bars.
