Rollo label maker sizes
A Rollo prints thermal rolls. The three you will open most are 4x6 for parcels, 2x1 for barcodes, and 4x1 for shelf edges. Set the width and the length in the printer to the roll you loaded. Leaving yesterday's 4x6 length in place is why a shelf label comes out with a huge blank tail. You do not need a separate Rollo designer for these. The cards above open the size. Retired near-duplicate sizes open in the editor from the card instead of a thin page of their own.

How to make a Rollo label
A Rollo is a direct thermal shipping printer. The three sizes people actually load are 4 x 6 for parcels, 2 x 1 for barcodes, and 3 x 2 for a product label. 4 x 1 is the shelf edge. 3 x 1.5 sits between a barcode and a bin label.
- Open the 4 x 6 shipping label. No signup. For a barcode roll, open the 2 x 1 card instead so the canvas is 2 inches by 1 inch.
- Change the ship-to, or print labels from Excel or a CSV when each order is a row. Keep the tracking number as text.
- Set the Rollo paper size to the same width and length as the file. A 4 x 6 file printed with yesterday's 2 x 1 length comes out with a long blank tail, or it clips the barcode.
- Print from this computer. In the dialog, pick the Rollo and turn scaling off, or use the driver's fit-to-page only when Rollo's own help tells you to. A letter-size marketplace PDF will print tiny until the platform is set to 4 x 6.
- Print one label. Scan the barcode. Then print the pickup. If the print is light, you are on direct thermal stock and the darkness is a driver setting, not a ribbon you forgot.
Printer setup
Rollo support states that Rollo printers print in black only, at 203 dpi, and that they are direct thermal: no ink, no toner, no ribbon. A thermal-transfer label, the kind that needs a ribbon, comes out blank. Use direct thermal stock.
Rollo lists the paper width as 1.57 to 4.1 inches. That range covers a 4 x 6 shipping label, a 2 x 1 barcode, a 3 x 2 product label, a 4 x 1 shelf label, and a 3 x 1.5 label. A roll narrower than about 1.57 inches is outside that listing, so do not force a tiny price label through the guides.
Rollo support also says the printer can take custom sizes, including 2 x 1, as long as the file and the driver agree. 203 dpi is the resolution Rollo lists for the USB printer and the wireless printer.

What sizes does a Rollo print?
Rollo support lists 203 dpi direct thermal printing. The USB model's published width is about 1.57 to 4.1 inches, which fits 4 x 6 shipping, 2 x 1 barcodes, 3 x 2 product labels, 4 x 1 shelf labels, and 3 x 1.5 labels.
Does Rollo print in color or use a ribbon?
No. Rollo support says every model prints black only, with no ink, toner, or ribbon. The label has to be direct thermal. A plain paper sticker or a thermal-transfer label prints blank.
Why is my Rollo label tiny or cut off?
The file and the paper size do not match. Many selling sites generate a letter page. Set the site to a 4 x 6 thermal label, set the Rollo to 4 x 6 (100 mm by 150 mm on some Windows drivers), and print one before the whole pickup.
