4 x 6 in. One row per order on a tab the warehouse already edits. Download that tab, not the whole workbook of notes.
Inventory tab to bins
4 x 2 in. Location and SKU columns. Filter to the aisle you are labeling today, then download the filtered view.
Guest tab to badges
3.5 x 2.25 in. First name and table number. Hide the columns you will not print before you download, so the mapper stays short.
Barcode tab
2 x 1 in. The code column formatted as plain text. A Sheet will also eat leading zeros if you let it.

Print labels from Google Sheets
There is no add-on to install and no Word mail merge. In the Sheet, use File, then Download, then Comma-separated values. Import that download. If the workbook has several tabs, download the tab you are looking at. A tab of notes and a tab of addresses should not become one file.
Share settings do not matter once you have the CSV, because the file is on your computer. You do not paste a published link into the label. People who tell you to paste the whole grid usually end up with one label that contains every row. Import instead.
- Clean the tab: header in row 1, no merged cells, no totals row at the bottom.
- Download CSV.
- Open the card that matches the stock.
- Import, map, and look at the last data row. A totals row will try to print itself.
- Print a proof from the printer this computer can already see.
