How to print labels from a Word table

1. In Word, click the table and copy it. Paste it into Excel, or into a plain text file saved as .csv. The first row should be Name, Street, City, ZIP.
2. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
3. Pick the label size. A 30252 address roll, a DK-1201, or a single 5160 label.
4. Upload the Excel file or paste the CSV. Click Name, Street, City, and ZIP onto the label.
5. Check the rows and choose Print from this computer. Leave scaling off.

Word's mail merge wants a product number, merge fields, and a preview that still sometimes sits a little high on the sheet. If the names are already in a Word table, you do not have to finish that wizard. You need the names in rows.

What this replaces, and what it leaves in Word

Copy, upload, click the columns, print. That is the label. Word can keep the letter you are mailing. The label does not have to be built inside a table cell.

A spreadsheet here prints one label per row. If you wanted Word to drop 30 different addresses onto one 5160 page, that placement is Word's mail merge, or Avery's own mail merge. The 5160 sheet in this app is the letter page you design. The single 5160 label is the one you repeat from the list.

Barcodes and QR codes go on the label here. A Zebra printer can take ZPL from the same design. Word does not hand a Zebra printer that file.
