Amazon FBA and FNSKU labels
Print FNSKU and FBA box labels on 2x1 rolls or 30-up sheets from your inventory export. CODE128 barcodes, free, no signup.
This page is the Amazon FBA and FNSKU labels. You set the size, add text or a barcode, and print from this computer. No signup.
Sizes
2x1 FNSKU
2 x 1 in. The unit sticker. CODE128 of the FNSKU, human-readable under the bars. 30-up sheet users can tile the same size.
3x1 when the title is required
3 x 1 in. Some prep wants a short title as well as the FNSKU. The extra inch is for that line, not for a logo.
Avery 5160 units
2.63 x 1 in. Thirty unit stickers on letter paper. Check Amazon's current cover rules before you rely on a sheet.
4x6 carton
4 x 6 in. The box label is a different file from the unit FNSKU. Do not print FNSKUs at 4x6 to 'make them easier to scan.'
DYMO unit sticker
2.25 x 1.25 in. If the prep desk only has a LabelWriter. The FNSKU still has to scan. Proof it.
4x2 larger unit
4 x 2 in. A bigger unit label when 2x1 is allowed to be larger and the item can take the sticker.
FBA labels and FNSKU stickers from your inventory export
An FNSKU is the barcode Amazon assigned to your unit. Copy it from the inventory export. Do not retype it, and do not change the case. One SKU per row, with the quantity you need in its own column so you know how many stickers to print. This page prints the sticker. It does not create a shipment, buy postage, or check whether your product still needs a label under the current FBA rules. Those rules change. Read the shipment page in Seller Central before you stick anything.
The carton label is a separate print. It is usually 4x6 and it is not the FNSKU repeated huge. If you mix the two files you will put a box label on a unit or a unit label on a box. Keep two exports.
- Export the SKUs you are sending, with FNSKU and quantity.
- Open the 2x1 card.
- Map the FNSKU to the barcode and to the line of text under it.
- Print one per SKU and scan each with the prep scanner, not a phone.
- Print the quantity. Then print carton labels from the carton file, on 4x6, as a second job.
General barcodes are the barcode label maker. Marketplace ship-to labels, which are not FNSKUs, are marketplace labels. A Zebra-specific FNSKU note also belongs next to Zebra label software.
Questions
How do I print FNSKU labels?
Export the FNSKU column, open a 2x1 label, map that column to a CODE128 barcode, scan a proof, then print the quantity.
Is the carton label the same file?
No. Carton labels are a 4x6 job from the shipment's carton file. Keep it separate from the unit stickers.
