How to print batch labels
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
- Set the label size to the stock in the printer. Add text or a barcode.
- Click a column name onto the label, or type {{sku}} where the value should change.
- Load Excel, a CSV, or a published Google Sheet. Check the rows for this run.
- Print this reprints the one on screen. Print sends every row you checked.
That is the packing-table job. You have eighty bins to retag before lunch, not one pretty label to design.
What batch labels means here
Batch labels are the same layout, printed over and over, with a different name, SKU, or barcode on each one. You are not copying the design eighty times. You are not typing SKU-1042 by hand. The sheet already has the values. The label has spots for those values. Print fills them in.
Print this is the label you are looking at, if one tore on the roll. Print is the run: every row you checked, and it asks how many copies of each. Flip a short name and a long one before you use a whole roll, so nothing runs off the edge.
A small batch you can try
Say aisle B needs new bin tags. The sheet has sku, bin, and name. Click sku onto a barcode, bin onto the big line, name onto a second line. Check only aisle B. Print. The rest of the warehouse can wait.

The first row is the header. Those words go on the label in curly braces, like {{sku}}.
Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets for the same batch
Upload the workbook. Or paste a CSV export from Shopify or Square. Or publish a Google Sheet as CSV and paste the link. The Variables pane is the same for all three. Keep the column names so you do not rebuild the label.

Yes. Check only the rows for this run, then Print. Unchecked rows stay in the sheet. Print this reprints the one you are looking at.
Do batch labels cost extra after a few hundred?
No. There is no paid plan. Design and the list stay free. No signup.
Is this Avery 30-up mail merge?
No. You print one label per row on thermal stock or a regular printer. We do not lay out a Letter page of 30 labels.
When you are ready to print or save
If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer. You can also download a PNG, a PDF, or the ZPL code a Zebra reads. Save a JSON file if you want to open this label again later, spreadsheet included.
