How to print asset tags from Excel

New laptops landed. The asset list is in Excel. You need a tag on each machine. Design one tag in the free label maker, load the sheet, print 60 tags instead of typing each ID.
Good to know: Use the asset ID your tracker already uses. Do not invent a second numbering system on the sticker.
How IT prints tags from the equipment list
- Sheet headers: asset, name, user (optional).
- Open the free label maker. Set a small tag, like 2x1.
- Put {{asset}} large. Barcode {{asset}}. Add {{name}} if you want the model on the tag.
- Upload the Excel file. Preview two rows. Print.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{asset}}.
