Zebra print job stuck in the queue

A job sitting in the Windows queue usually means the spooler died, the printer went offline, or a previous ZPL never finished. Clear the queue, then send one job from the free label maker via Browser Print. Don't delete random folders. Zebra documents the spooler steps.

How to clear a stuck Zebra print job

  1. Stop the stuck job. If Windows is frozen, stop the Print Spooler service, clear the queue, start it again.
  2. Open the free label maker. No signup.
  3. Set the label size to the roll in the printer.
  4. Print one test via Browser Print. Don't send a stack until that one lands.
