How to fix a Zebra that feeds too far

Set the label size to the exact width and length of the roll in the printer.
Calibrate the gap or black-mark sensor if you just changed stock.
Print one test label. Do not send a whole stack until it stops on the next gap.

Wasted 4x6 labels

If you waste a blank 4x6 after every job, the length is wrong. Fix it once. Do not keep reprinting to "use up" the extra.
