How to make QR code labels: open the QR tool, paste a URL, click Generate. The QR is on a sticker. Add a caption, set the inches, print or download PNG or PDF.

Good to know: This is a static QR. The URL lives in the sticker. We do not track scans.

How to make QR code labels

  1. Open the QR code generator. No account.
  2. Paste the URL or text.
  3. Click Generate. The QR lands on a 3x2 label.
  4. Set your stock size. Print a test scan, then print or download.

One label or a list

One URL: Generate once. A unique URL per row: put {{url}} in the QR and load Excel. Guide: print QR labels from Excel.

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
