Bulk barcode labels
You can print bulk barcode labels from the SKU column you already have. Open the free label maker, click that column onto a barcode, and print a label for every row you checked. No signup.
How to make bulk barcode labels
- Open a 2 x 1 barcode label, or any size that fits the scanner.
- Add a barcode. CODE128 is the one that takes a normal SKU. UPC and EAN want the digits you already have.
- Load Excel, a CSV, or a published Google Sheet. Click the SKU column onto the barcode.
- Click the product name onto the line under the bars, so a person can read it too.
- Check the rows and print. A Zebra printer takes the job through Browser Print. Other printers use Print from this computer.
Receiving day is a pile of new SKUs, not one barcode you type by hand. The sheet has SKU and Name. The label has bars and a line of text. Bulk means you print the pile.

Put the column on the barcode
Click the SKU header and it becomes the value inside the bars. The name sits underneath so the shelf still makes sense if the scanner is in the other room. Check the rows in this shipment. Leave next week's rows unchecked.
CODE128 is the everyday barcode. If the number is a UPC-A, pick UPC and use the 12 digits on the product. A bad UPC shows a warning before you print a stack of labels that will not scan.
