How to print labels from a CSV
You can print labels from a CSV by pasting the text or uploading a .csv file. Open the free label maker, click a column name onto the label, load the CSV, and print one label per row. Shopify, Etsy, and ShipStation exports work if the first row is headers. No signup.
How to print labels from a CSV
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
- Set the label size. Add text or a barcode.
- Click a column name onto the label, or type {{sku}} or {{name}}.
- Paste the CSV or upload the .csv file. Preview a row.
- Check the rows for this run. Print this for one. Print for the stack.
That is the shop-export job. You downloaded orders.csv at 9 p.m. and you need pack labels before the carrier shows up.
Paste a CSV or upload the file
Upload works. Paste works too, if you copied the cells from Excel or a text editor. The rows show up as you paste. You do not hit an extra Load button. Column names become the words you click onto the label.
Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and ShipStation all spit out CSV. We do not talk to those APIs. Export the file, then load it here. Postage stays with the marketplace. This is the pack face, not a postage label.

First line is the header. Those words go on the label in curly braces.

Click name onto the title. Click sku onto a barcode. Qty can sit in a small line if you need it. If a name has a comma, keep it in quotes: "Soap, cedar".
CSV vs Excel vs Google Sheets

Can I print labels from a CSV for free?

Do commas inside a name break the CSV?
No. Keep that name in quotes, the way Excel and Shopify export it. The app reads quoted commas as part of the cell.
Can I use a Shopify or Etsy CSV?
Yes. Export the orders or products CSV, load it, click the columns you need. We do not buy postage and we do not talk to those APIs.
Does the CSV file get uploaded to your servers?
No. Paste and file upload stay in this browser. We never see the file.
When you are ready to print or save
If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer. You can also download a PNG, a PDF, or the ZPL code a Zebra reads. Save a JSON file if you want to open this label again later, spreadsheet included.
