How to batch print barcodes
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com/?template=zebra-2x1-barcode.
- Load the incoming list. Excel, CSV, or a Google Sheet published as CSV.
- Click SKU onto the barcode and Description onto the text.
- Scan one sample, or at least read it, before you commit the roll.
- Check the rows in this delivery and print them.
A delivery of 80 lines hits the dock. The CSV is already on the clipboard. Paste it, click SKU, check the 80 rows, and the barcodes print while the boxes are still on the pallet.

Qty can sit on the label as text. It does not have to become the barcode. The barcode should be the ID a scanner already expects.
For a Zebra printer, print with Browser Print. For a DYMO 30334 or a Brother DK label, print from this computer. Match the driver to the label and leave scaling off. A 4x6 Brother label needs a QL-1100 series printer. A QL-800 stops at 62 mm.

Will this print a barcode that cannot scan?
A UPC made of letters is flagged before you print. Use CODE128 for a normal SKU, and a real UPC when the product has one.
