How batch label printing works
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
- Set the label to the stock in the printer. A 4x6 shipping label and a 30252 address label are different sizes.
- Add the words that stay the same, then click a column name where each label should change.
- Load Excel, paste a CSV, or paste a Google Sheet you published as CSV. Check the rows for this run.
- Print this is the label on screen. Print sends every row you checked. It asks how many copies of each.
Picture a Saturday jam stall. Lena has 48 jars. The sheet already has Flavor, Size, Price, and Lot. She does not want to type strawberry into 48 boxes. She designs the jar label once, clicks those four columns onto it, checks all 48 rows, and prints. One row, one jar.
What you load
Excel stays in the browser. A CSV can be uploaded or pasted, and the rows show up as you paste. A Google Sheet has to be published to the web as CSV. File, Share, Publish to the web, then the CSV link. A normal share link will not load.
The first row of the file is the column names. Those names are what you click. Keep them stable and you can reuse the same label next month.

Print the rows you mean to print
Unchecked rows stay in the list. They do not print. That is how you do aisle B today and aisle C tomorrow without making a second file. If one label tore, Print this reprints the one you are looking at.
A Zebra printer gets the job through Zebra Browser Print, installed once, then you restart the browser. A LabelWriter, a Brother, or a letter sheet uses Print from this computer. Match the driver to the size and leave scaling off.

What is batch label printing?
You design the label once and print it once for every row you checked. Excel, CSV, and a published Google Sheet all work. One row becomes one label.
Can I print only some of the rows?

Does a batch fill every label on an Avery 5160 sheet?
A spreadsheet prints one label per row. The 5160 sheet template is the letter page you edit. It does not place a different address in all 30 cells from Excel by itself.
