Zebra ZD220 setup guide
The Zebra ZD220 is a budget desktop for 4×6 shipping and basic barcode work. Load labels, connect USB, then print from the free label maker. You do not need ZebraDesigner.

Hardware setup
- Place the printer on a stable surface near your packing station.
- Connect power and USB to your PC or Mac.
- Load direct-thermal media (often 4×6 for shipping). Align guides; close the head firmly.
- Feed/calibrate so the gap sensor finds the label edge, calibrate.
Software setup (free)
- Install Browser Print (Windows or Mac).
- Confirm the ZD220 appears in the Browser Print list.
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. Set size (often 4×6) and DPI (ZD220 is typically 203). No signup.
- Print a test ship-to or barcode label.
