How to print Etsy and eBay labels on a Zebra
Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. From Etsy: Shop Manager, Orders, Download CSV. Keep buyer_name, ship_address1, ship_city, ship_state, ship_zipcode, order_id. If you use Pirate Ship or Shippo for discounted USPS labels, export their CSV with tracking instead. See USPS on Zebra.
eBay order CSV
Seller Hub, Orders, Download report (CSV). Map Buyer Name, address fields, and Order Number to simple headers like name, address1, city, state, zip, order_id.
Design the 4x6 in the free label maker
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Set 4x6.
- Start from a shipping template, or a blank 4x6.
- Replace ship-to lines with {{name}}, {{address1}}, {{city}} {{state}} {{zip}}. Add Order {{order_id}} and a tracking barcode if you have {{tracking}}.
- Paste the CSV in Variables, preview each row, print.
