How to print bulk labels
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com and match the label size to the stock.
- For one design repeated, set the copy count and print.
- For a list, load Excel, CSV, or a published Google Sheet and click the columns onto the label.
- Check the rows that belong in this bulk run.
- Print. Download a PDF if the printer is in the other room.
Bulk is just a lot of labels in one sitting. Sometimes that is 200 return addresses that all say the same thing. Sometimes it is 200 orders that each say something different. The button is the same. The list is what changes.
Same label, many times
Design the return address once. Set how many copies you need. Print. You are not building a spreadsheet of identical rows unless you want to.
Different label, one per row
Load the orders. Click Name and Order onto the label. Check them. Print. Each row is one label. If a row needs three copies, set the copies and that row prints three times.
Save a JSON file of the design if you will print this bulk job again next week, spreadsheet included. PNG and PDF are there when you are not standing at the printer. A Zebra printer can take ZPL from the same label.

Is there a limit on a bulk run?
Print the rows you checked. Numbered labels without a spreadsheet stop at 500 in one run, then you print again for the next numbers. A normal spreadsheet run is the rows you checked.
