Order and shipping labels for online sellers

Print 4 by 6 shipping, packing, and thank-you labels for eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce from a CSV export. Postage still comes from the marketplace or your carrier. You design the face you control. No signup. Print from this computer. A thank-you card can use the same order export.

Shipping labels for eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce

Each marketplace will sell you postage and hand you a PDF. This page is for the other file: the order export. You print a 4x6 pack label, a thank-you, or a product sticker from the rows you already downloaded. You do not connect a store account here. CSV in, labels out.

Keep the files separate. An order export and a product export look similar and print nonsense if you mix them. The order file has a ship-to. The product file has a title and a SKU. FNSKU for Amazon is its own page, because those codes are not a normal ship-to.

  1. Export orders for the day you are packing.
  2. Open the 4x6 order card.
  3. Import. Map name, street, city, postal code, and order number.
  4. Print one. Compare the order number with the bin in front of you.
  5. Print the batch, then mark those orders packed in the marketplace so tomorrow's export does not repeat them.

Amazon unit labels are FBA labels. A general 4x6 walkthrough is the shipping label maker. Vinted's 4x6 habit is Vinted shipping labels.

Questions

Can I print eBay or Etsy shipping labels from a CSV?

Yes. Export the orders, map the ship-to columns, and print a 4x6. Postage barcodes still come from the marketplace when they generate the label.

Does this connect to Shopify?

No. You download the order CSV from Shopify and import that file.
