Print WooCommerce shipping labels on Zebra printers

US WordPress stores on WooCommerce often ship from a garage or small warehouse with a Zebra ZD420/ZD421 and 4×6 stock. You can buy postage via WooCommerce Shipping, ShipStation, or Pirate Ship — and use free mylabelmaker to batch ship-to faces, packing labels, and product stickers from order exports.
Export WooCommerce orders
- WooCommerce → Orders → filter Processing / unfulfilled.
- Export with a CSV plugin or built-in export (name, address, city, state, ZIP, order #, SKU, tracking if available).
- Normalize headers to simple names:
name,address1,city,state,zip,order_id.
If you fulfill through ShipStation or Shippo, export from there instead.
Design 4×6 labels free
- Open app.mylabelmaker.com.
- Artboard 4 × 6, DPI matching your printer (usually 203).
- Ship-to:

Order {{order_id}}; barcode{{tracking}}if present. - Variables → paste CSV → preview → print via Browser Print.
