US WordPress stores on WooCommerce often ship from a garage or small warehouse with a Zebra ZD420/ZD421 and 4×6 stock. You can buy postage via WooCommerce Shipping, ShipStation, or Pirate Ship — and use free mylabelmaker to batch ship-to faces, packing labels, and product stickers from order exports.

Export WooCommerce orders

  1. WooCommerce → Orders → filter Processing / unfulfilled.
  2. Export with a CSV plugin or built-in export (name, address, city, state, ZIP, order #, SKU, tracking if available).
  3. Normalize headers to simple names: name, address1, city, state, zip, order_id.

If you fulfill through ShipStation or Shippo, export from there instead.

Design 4×6 labels free

  1. Open app.mylabelmaker.com.
  2. Artboard 4 × 6, DPI matching your printer (usually 203).
  3. Ship-to: {{name}}, {{address1}}, {{city}} {{state}} {{zip}}.
  4. Order line: Order {{order_id}}; barcode {{tracking}} if present.
  5. Variables → paste CSV → preview → print via Browser Print.
Many Woo stores also need product SKU stickers for multi-item orders. Use 2×1 labels with CODE128 {{sku}} — see inventory barcodes and Excel batch.

Postage vs custom faces

Official prepaid labels come from WooCommerce Shipping or your multi-carrier tool. mylabelmaker handles layouts and batch data you control. Carrier guides: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

Do not invent carrier barcodes. Use platform-generated postage for legal shipping documents.
