Print address labels on Zebra printers from Excel

Published: · 8 min read · Tutorial

Need hundreds of address labels without Word mail-merge pain? A Zebra thermal printer plus free browser software is faster for US warehouses and small businesses: one design, paste CSV, print every row.

Spreadsheet setup

Excel or Google Sheets with one row per label:

Save as CSV UTF-8. Sheets users can also publish-to-web — Google Sheets guide.

Design the address label

  1. Open app.mylabelmaker.com.
  2. Size: 4×6 for shipping ship-to blocks, or smaller stock for envelope-style labels if your printer supports the width.
  3. Stack text fields:
    • {{name}}
    • {{company}}
    • {{address1}}
    • {{address2}}
    • {{city}}, {{state}} {{zip}}
  4. Optional return address as static text in a corner.
  5. Load CSV → preview each row → print.
US addresses: use 2-letter state codes and keep apt/suite in address2. For full shipping workflows with tracking barcodes, see shipping labels how-to.

Return address only

Design once with static company name and address, print N copies (print count modal). No CSV needed for identical returns.
