A Zebra printer not showing in Safari is almost never a dead printer. Safari is careful about programs on this computer. Zebra Browser Print is a small program from Zebra. It sits in the menu bar and lets the website send labels to the printer. Safari needs you to say those two local pages are okay, in this window.

Saved labels: If you already clicked away from This Connection Is Not Private, Safari can keep blocking. Remove only 127.0.0.1 and localhost from website data. Leave app.mylabelmaker.com so your labels stay.

How to fix a Zebra printer not showing in Safari

Stay in regular Safari. Keep the app open. Keep Zebra Browser Print open in the menu bar.
Open https://127.0.0.1:9101/ssl_support.
Open https://localhost:9101/ssl_support.
On each page, click Show Details, then visit this website. Come back to the app, pick Zebra Printer, and reload the app if the name is still missing.

If those pages already failed once

Safari can remember that you left those pages. Then the printer list stays empty even when Zebra Browser Print is open.

Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
Search 127.0.0.1 and localhost. Remove those two only.
Do not remove app.mylabelmaker.com.
Open both pages again, click through the warning, then go back to the app.
