Print Walmart Marketplace shipping labels on Zebra printers
US Walmart Marketplace sellers ship with the same thermal stack as Amazon and Shopify shops: a Zebra desktop printer and 4×6 labels. Whether you buy postage in Seller Center, ShipStation, or Pirate Ship, you can batch custom ship-to and product labels with free browser software.
Export Walmart orders
- Open Walmart Seller Center → Orders.
- Export unshipped / open orders to CSV or spreadsheet.
- Normalize headers:
name,address1,address2,city,state,zip,order_id, optionaltracking,sku.
If you fulfill through ShipStation or another multi-carrier tool connected to Walmart, export from there instead — same CSV workflow. Guide: ShipStation on Zebra.
Design 4×6 labels in mylabelmaker
- Open app.mylabelmaker.com.
- Artboard 4 × 6, DPI matching your printer (usually 203).
- Ship-to block with
{{name}},{{address1}},{{city}}{{state}}{{zip}}. - Add
Order {{order_id}}and CODE128{{tracking}}when available. - Load CSV → preview → print via Browser Print.
Walmart also needs accurate product labeling for WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) prep in some programs — use 2×1 SKU stickers from the same inventory sheet. See inventory barcode labels and FBA-style unit labels for patterns that transfer well.
Multi-channel US sellers
Many Walmart sellers also run Amazon, Shopify, and eBay on one Zebra:
Official Walmart/carrier prepaid labels must come from Seller Center or your multi-carrier platform. mylabelmaker designs thermal layouts and batch faces from your order data.
