Print TikTok Shop shipping labels on a Zebra printer
US TikTok Shop sellers scaling past a handful of orders need the same thermal stack as Shopify and Amazon: a 4×6 Zebra, official platform/carrier labels, and free software for pack notes and SKUs.
Two label types (do not mix them up)
- Official shipping labels — from TikTok Shop / partner carrier tools. Print the provided 4×6 PDF or thermal stream as issued.
- Operational stickers — order ID, SKU, bin pick, gift notes. Design free in the browser and print on the same Zebra.
Never redraw carrier postage barcodes yourself. Use the official label for the package face. Free design is for everything else on your packing desk.

- Export orders or SKUs to CSV when you need multi-line picks.
