Print PDF shipping labels on a Zebra

Carriers and marketplaces often hand you a PDF shipping label. Getting that PDF onto a Zebra 4x6 is a scaling job, not a designer job. Print the official file at actual size, or redesign pack faces you control in the free app.

Path A. Print the carrier PDF at 4x6

1. Download the label PDF from USPS, UPS, FedEx, Pirate Ship, Shopify, etc.
2. Open in a PDF viewer; set paper size to 4×6 (or “Actual size” / 100% scale, never “Fit to page” on letter stock if you want edge-to-edge thermal).
3. Select your Zebra as the printer (OS driver or vendor utility).
4. Print one, check scanability of the postage barcode.

Path B. Redesign pack faces you own

For pack slips, ship-to faces you design, internal tracking, or batch from CSV, design free online and print via Browser Print:

1. Open mylabelmaker.
2. Set 4×6 and DPI to match the printer.
3. Add address fields / barcodes; batch from Excel if needed.
4. Print with Browser Print.
