Print return labels on a Zebra printer

Returns need clear return-to addresses, RMA numbers, and sometimes prepaid carrier faces. Zebra desktops handle the thermal stickers; free browser software handles the design and batch.
Two kinds of “return labels”
- Return address / RMA stickers — your warehouse address + order/RMA ID (you control the layout).
- Prepaid carrier return postage — must come from USPS/UPS/FedEx or your returns platform; print that PDF/ZPL on 4×6 thermal stock.
Do not invent carrier barcodes. Use official return postage from your returns tool; use mylabelmaker for RMA/address layouts you own.
Free RMA / return-address workflow
- Export returns from Shopify, Loop, AfterShip, Excel, etc. as CSV (order #, RMA, customer name, reason).
- Open app.mylabelmaker.com.
- Choose size — 4×6 for large pack faces, 2×1 / 3×2 for bag tags.
- Layout: “RETURN TO” block,
{{rma}},{{order_id}}, barcode on RMA. - Import CSV → batch print via Browser Print.

Hardware tips
- Keep a roll of 2×1 for small RMA tags and 4×6 for full faces.
- Calibrate when switching sizes — calibrate.
