How to set size in mylabelmaker

Artboard toolbar → label size pill → pick preset or enter custom width/height in inches. Must match physical roll. Use Auto-detect from printer in printer settings to read actual PRINT WIDTH and LABEL LENGTH from connected Zebra.

DPI and barcode sizing

At 203 DPI, minimum barcode height ~0.5 in for reliable scans. At 300 DPI (ZD621-300), you can go slightly smaller. See 300 DPI fix guide.
