Print Pirate Ship labels on Zebra printers
Pirate Ship is a favorite among US Etsy, eBay, and small Shopify sellers for discounted USPS rates. Pair it with a Zebra 4×6 thermal printer and you can ship all day without laser paper. This guide covers printing official Pirate Ship postage on Zebra and using free mylabelmaker for custom pack faces when you need more than the PDF.
Path A — Official Pirate Ship postage → Zebra
- Buy labels in Pirate Ship (USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, etc.).
- Set print size to 4×6 (not letter).
- Print to your Zebra as a thermal / 4×6 printer (Windows driver or Mac print dialog set to actual size — never “fit to page”).
- If the label is tiny on the page, the PDF is scaled wrong — fix paper size to 4×6 in the print dialog.
