Zebra ZD620 setup guide
The Zebra ZD620 (including ZD620d direct thermal configs) is a 4"-class desktop built for higher-end shipping and barcode work. This guide covers media, DPI, Browser Print, and free design software.
What you need
- ZD620 / ZD620d + USB or Ethernet
- Direct thermal or transfer media for your model
- Browser Print + mylabelmaker
Step 1 — Load and calibrate
- Open the media door; load the roll per the path diagram.
- Close firmly; press Feed.
- Calibrate if gaps skip — calibration.
Step 2 — Confirm DPI
Many ZD620 units are 203 DPI; some configs are 300. Match the sticker in software. Fuzzy print fix.
Step 3 — Browser Print
- Install from the setup section.
- Restart the browser completely.
- If not listed: not connecting.
Step 4 — Free labels
- Open app.mylabelmaker.com.
- Select ZD620, set size (often 4×6) and DPI.
- Design or template → print.
