Multi-page PDF labels from Excel

Published: · 3 min read · How-to
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

Open warehouse inventory template

After you map a sheet in the free label maker, Options then Download PDF. Pick one multi-page PDF for the whole run, or one PDF per label in a zip. Print at actual size. Do not fit-to-page.

Good to know: A multi-page PDF is one file. A zip is many files. PNG, JPG, SVG, and ZPL can zip the same way for a spreadsheet run.

How to download a PDF of every row

  1. Load Excel or CSV in Variables. Preview two rows.
  2. Click Options, then Download PDF.
  3. Choose one multi-page file, or one PDF per label as a zip.
  4. Open the file. Print at actual size.

When to pick zip

Zip if a print shop wants one file per SKU. Multi-page if you will print the stack from Preview or Adobe in one go.

Picture instead of PDF: save as JPG.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
