Yes. You can export a 300 DPI label PNG from the free label maker. Set 203, 300, or 600 to match the printhead, then download PNG or PDF. A 300 DPI desktop Zebra needs 300, not an upscaled 203 picture.

Good to know: DPI is dots per inch at the label size you set. A 2x1 at 300 DPI is 600 by 300 pixels. The thermal calculator shows dots for the roll.

How to export a 300 DPI label PNG

  1. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Set width and height in inches.
  2. Pick 203, 300, or 600 to match the printhead.
  3. Design the barcode or QR on that size.

Which DPI to pick

Most desktop Zebra printers are 203. Finer barcodes and small 2D want 300. Tiny Data Matrix wants 600 if the printer actually has it. Don't guess. Look at the printhead sticker.
