Export a 300 DPI label PNG
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.
Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI in the free label maker to match the printer, then Options and Download PNG or PDF. A 300 DPI desktop Zebra needs 300, not an upscaled 203 picture.
Good to know: DPI is dots per inch at the label size you set. A 2x1 at 300 DPI is 600 by 300 pixels. The thermal calculator shows dots for the roll.
How to export at printer DPI
- Set width and height in inches.
- Pick 203, 300, or 600 to match the printhead.
- Design the barcode or QR.
- Options, Download PNG or PDF.
Which DPI
Most desktop Zebra: 203. Finer barcodes and small 2D: 300. Tiny Data Matrix: 600 if the printer has it.
Inches to dots: thermal size calculator.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
