How to make Zebra printer labels from Google Sheets: publish the sheet as CSV, paste the link in the free label maker, and print one label per row on the Zebra. ZebraDesigner 3, Essentials or Professional, doesn't connect to Google Sheets. This does.

Good to know: A regular share link won't load. Use File, Share, Publish to the web, comma-separated values. Load again when the sheet changes.

  2. Open the free label maker. Set size and DPI.
  3. Click column names onto the label. Paste the URL.
  4. Preview. Choose Zebra. Print the rows you checked.

ZebraDesigner won't take Google Sheets. You can still print

Essentials has no spreadsheet merge. Professional wants Excel on a Windows PC. Neither talks to a live Sheet. You'd export, re-link, argue over whose laptop has the file. Here you publish CSV and paste the URL. Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox. Mac too.

If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer.
