ZebraDesigner Pro 3 still doesn't connect to Google Sheets, even after you pay. Open the free label maker, publish the sheet as CSV, paste the URL, and print one label per row on a Zebra. That's the free alternative for a team that lives in Google.

Good to know: A normal Google share link isn't enough. Use File, Share, Publish to the web, comma-separated values. Load again when the sheet changes.

How to print Google Sheets without ZebraDesigner Pro 3

In Google Sheets, publish the tab as CSV and copy the link.

If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer. You can also download a PNG, a PDF, or the ZPL code a Zebra reads. Save a JSON file if you want to open this label again later, spreadsheet included.
