Easy Zebra label maker. No signup
Open warehouse inventory template
An easy Zebra label maker with no signup shouldn't start with a license or a wizard. Open the free label maker. Set the size. Type on the label. Print. If you have Excel or Google Sheets, load them. Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox. That's easier than ZebraDesigner Essentials or Professional 3 for most people.
How to use an easy Zebra label maker with no signup
- Go to app.mylabelmaker.com. No account screen.
- Set inches and DPI. Type on the label. Add a barcode if you need one.
- Print to the Zebra. Or load a spreadsheet first if each label should change.
Home users wanted a name on a 2x1. Shop users wanted 200 SKUs from Excel. ZebraDesigner made both of those feel like a project. You can do both here without an account.
Easy Zebra label maker vs ZebraDesigner Essentials and Professional
Essentials: Windows, wizard, no spreadsheet. Professional: Windows, pay, database wizard, still no live Google Sheets. Easy Zebra label maker: browser, no signup, click a column, print. You still get barcodes, custom size, ZPL copy, a ZPL viewer. You don't get RFID or .nlbl files. That's fair.

When you're ready to print or save
If a Zebra is plugged in, print from the browser. Set 203, 300, or 600 DPI to match the printer. On a regular printer, choose Print from this computer. You can also download a PNG, a PDF, or the ZPL code a Zebra reads. Save a JSON file if you want to open this label again later, spreadsheet included.
