How to use a simple label maker online with no signup

Go to app.mylabelmaker.com. There's no create-account screen.
Set the label size. Type on it. Add a barcode or QR if you need one.
Print from this computer, pick Zebra, or download PNG, PDF, or ZPL.
If you have a list, load Excel, a CSV, or a published Google Sheet and print one label per row.

Make a label on a Mac, Windows, or Chromebook with no download

Maybe you're on a school Chromebook, a Mac in the kitchen, or a Windows PC at work. A lot of “simple” tools still want a Windows installer. Here the browser is the software. Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox all work.

Print labels from Google Sheets or Excel without making an account

A volunteer list often lives in Google Sheets. A teacher roster is often Excel. You shouldn't have to create a login just to print name tags. Publish the Sheet as CSV, or upload the Excel file. Click the column names onto the label. Preview two rows. Print the ones you checked.

The list tools were always there. They stay out of the way until you open them. The file stays on your computer, except a published Google Sheet, which your browser loads from Google.

Print from this computer or print to a Zebra

At home you might only have an inkjet. Print from this computer, or save a PDF and print at actual size. Don't choose “fit to page” or the label shrinks. At a shop you might have a Zebra. Keep a small program from Zebra called Browser Print running, then print from the app. The Print button remembers which one you used last time on this computer.

Need a picture for an email? PNG is the safe choice for barcodes. JPEG is smaller and has a white background. PDF is one page the real size of the label. ZPL is for a Zebra, or for another system that wants printer code.
