You changed slotting in aisle A. The location list is already in Excel. Design one bin label in the free label maker. Put {{loc}} huge. Barcode the same column. Load the sheet. Reprint the aisle.
Good to know: Print one test on the real bin before you run 200. Wrong size is the usual miss.
How a warehouse reprints an aisle
- Sheet headers: loc, aisle, sku (optional).
- Open the free label maker. Set 3x2 or your bin size.
- Put {{loc}} large. Add a barcode that uses {{loc}}.
- Upload the Excel file. Preview two locations. Print the aisle.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{loc}}.
