Print Shopify inventory barcodes from Excel
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.
Shopify can export products to CSV. You do not need an app. Open the free label maker, barcode {{sku}} or the barcode column Shopify already filled, add {{title}}, upload, print.
Good to know: We do not connect to Shopify. Export the CSV, then upload it. Postage and Fulfillment stay in Shopify.
How to print barcodes from a Shopify export
- In Shopify: Products, Export, CSV. Keep SKU, Title, and Barcode if you use one.
- Open the free label maker. Set 2x1.
- CODE128 with {{sku}} (or {{barcode}} if that column is the retail code). {{title}} under it.
- Upload the CSV or Excel file. Preview two variants. Print.
Sample spreadsheet
A trimmed Shopify export. Rename headers to sku and title if yours say Handle and Variant SKU.
| sku | title | barcode |
|---|---|---|
| SOAP-12 | Lavender soap / 4oz | |
| SOAP-12B | Lavender soap / 8oz | |
| CAND-04 | Pine candle | 012345678905 |
First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{sku}}.
