How to print Shopify product labels from CSV

Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

Open product sticker template

Shopify already has your catalog. Export products as CSV. In the free label maker, map Title and SKU onto a sticker and print a label for each product you just received.

Good to know: Shopify CSVs have many columns. Rename or keep Title and Variant SKU. The placeholder must match the header you actually use, such as {{Title}} or a shortened {{sku}} if you clean the file first.

How a Shopify store prints from the product export

  1. In Shopify, export products as CSV. Keep Title, Variant SKU, and Variant Price if you need them.
  2. Optional: copy those three columns into a smaller CSV with headers name, sku, price.
  3. Open the free label maker. Put {name} or {Title} on the sticker. Barcode {sku}.
  4. Open Variables. Upload the CSV. Preview two products. Print.

Sample CSV

A cleaned export is easier to map. It can look like this.

name,sku,price
Wool beanie,BNY-01,24.00
Crew socks,SOX-04,12.00
Logo mug,MUG-02,16.00

The first line is the header. Those words go on the label in curly braces, like {{name}}.

Orders instead of products: Shopify order CSV.
