Print classroom supply barcodes from Excel

The supply list is already a spreadsheet. Design one bin sticker in the free label maker. Barcode {{item}} or a short {{sku}}. Add the bin name. Upload. Print before students arrive.
Good to know: Keep codes short so a cheap scanner or phone app can read them on a busy cabinet.
How a teacher prints supply stickers
- Headers: sku, item, bin.
- Open the free label maker. Set 2x1 or 3x2.
- CODE128 with {{sku}}. {{item}} large. {{bin}} small.
- Upload the Excel file. Print the art cabinet first. Scan. Then the rest.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{sku}}.
Student names are a different run: class roster labels. Books: library barcodes.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
