How to print student name labels from Excel

It is Sunday night. You have a roster in Excel and 24 cubbies, folders, and water bottles to mark. Design one name label in the free label maker. Load the roster. Print a label for each student.
Good to know: Use first names only if your school prefers that on cubbies. The sheet can have first and last in separate columns.
How a teacher prints names from the roster
- Export or type the roster. Headers: first, last, or just name.
- Open the free label maker. Set a small sticker, like 2x1.
- Put {{first}} large on the label.
- Open Variables. Upload the Excel file. Preview two names. Print enough copies for cubby, folder, and bottle.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{first}}.
