Print barcode labels by quantity from Excel

The free label maker prints one sticker per spreadsheet row. If you have 15 of SOAP-12, put SOAP-12 on 15 rows, or print that one SKU and choose 15 copies.
Good to know: There is no qty column that auto-expands. Duplicate the row, or print copies of the current label. Do not invent a second SKU just to fill the roll.
How to print the right number of stickers
- For mixed SKUs: duplicate each row once per unit (15 stock = 15 identical rows).
- Open the free label maker. Barcode {sku}. Add {name}.
- Upload the file. Preview. The stack matches the row count.
- For one SKU only: load one row, print, and set copies to the quantity on the printer dialog.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{sku}}.
Inventory run: barcodes for inventory. Print on a Zebra from the browser, or download PNG or PDF if you print another way.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
