Good to know: Format the SKU column as text in Excel so leading zeros don't disappear.

How to print bulk barcode labels from Excel

  1. Sheet headers: sku, name. One row per sticker.
  2. Open the free label maker. No signup. Set 2x1 or your stock.
  3. Add a CODE128 barcode with {{sku}}. Add {{name}} under it.
  4. Open Variables, upload the Excel file, preview two rows, then print.
