Print address labels from Excel

A mailing list in Excel should not need Word mail merge. Design one address label in the free label maker. Place {{name}}, {{street}}, {{city}} {{state}} {{zip}}. Upload the sheet. Print.
Good to know: This prints the address you put in the sheet. It does not buy postage.
How to print address labels from a list
- Headers: name, street, city, state, zip.
- Open the free label maker. Set a 1x2.625 or your envelope sticker.
- Stack {{name}}, then {{street}}, then {{city}}, {{state}} {{zip}}.
- Upload the Excel file. Preview two rows. Print.

First row is the header. Those header words go inside the curly braces on the label, like {{name}}.
CSV list: address labels from CSV. Return address only: return address from Excel.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
