You have a mailing list as CSV. Holiday cards, a donor thank-you, a product sample. Design one address label in the free label maker, upload the CSV, print a label for each person.

Good to know: Check two rows before you print 200. A swapped city and zip wastes a roll.

How to print address labels from CSV

  1. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Set your address sticker size.
  2. Make sure the CSV headers are name, street, city, st, zip.
  3. Stack {name}, {street}, then {city} {st} {zip}.
  4. Upload the CSV. Preview two addresses. Print.

A donor list export might look like this.

The first line is the header. Those words go on the label in curly braces, like {{name}}.
