How to make bakery ingredient labels without rebuilding Canva for every SKU: put recipe name and ingredients in a sheet, open the free label maker, map {{product}} and {{ingredients}}, print the week’s stickers.

Good to know: Ingredient order, allergens, and “made in a home kitchen” lines are your compliance. We do not write a legal label for you.

How to make bakery ingredient labels

  1. Spreadsheet: product, ingredients, maybe allergen and packed-on date.
  2. Open the free label maker. 2x3 or 3x2 fits most bakery bags.
  3. Map {{product}} large, {{ingredients}} as wrapped text.
  4. Preview two recipes. Print the set for this bake day.

Home bakers get stuck in Canva

Canva is fine for one pretty cake box. A sheet of 18 cookie SKUs is a merge job. Keep the pretty logo as an image. Let the ingredient line come from the row.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
