Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

Open name badge template

Yes. You can print name tags from an Eventbrite CSV. Download attendees, keep first name (and company if you have it), design one badge, upload the file, print before check-in. Meetup exports work the same way.

Good to know: Print extras. Walk-ins won't be in the file.

How to print name tags from an Eventbrite CSV

  1. Open the name badge template. No signup.
  2. Download attendees as CSV. Keep first name and, if you have it, company or ticket type.
  3. Put {{first}} in large type. Put {{company}} under it if that column exists.
  4. Upload the CSV. Preview two names. Print.

Sample CSV

After you keep a few columns, the file can look like this. First line is the header.

first,company,ticket
Dana,North Clinic,GA
Omar,City Schools,GA
Lee,Guest,VIP

Those header words go on the label in curly braces, like {{first}}. A plain guest list in Excel is the same job: event name tags from Excel.

Print or save

Print on a Zebra from the browser, or download PNG or PDF if you print another way. JSON keeps the badge so you can reprint walk-ins.

Print the door stack

Attendee CSV in. Name tags out. No signup.
