Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

Sometimes you do not have a file. You copied a few rows from email or a spreadsheet. In the free label maker, open Variables, choose Paste CSV, paste the list, print.

Good to know: Include the header line when you paste. A list with no header will not match {{name}} on the label.

How to paste CSV and print

  1. Design the label in the free label maker. Use {name} where the name goes.
  2. Open Variables. Click Paste CSV.
  3. Paste the header line and the rows. Example: name on the first line, then each person.
  4. Preview one row. Print.

Sample CSV

A check-in list copied from a message can look like this.

name,table
Dana,3
Omar,1
Lee,5

The first line is the header. Those words go on the label in curly braces, like {{name}}.

For a long file, upload is easier: print from a CSV file.

Print or save

Print on a Zebra from the browser, or download PNG or PDF if you print another way.

Paste the list and print

No file. Just the rows.
