How to save a label as PNG
Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.
Design the label in the free label maker, then click Options and Download PNG. You get a sharp picture of the label at the size and DPI you set. Use it in an email, a listing, or another print app.
Good to know: A PNG is a picture. You cannot edit text inside it later. Keep the JSON export if you want to change the design.
How to save a label as a PNG
- Open the free label maker. No account.
- Set the label width and height to match your sticker.
- Add text, a barcode, a QR code, or a logo.
- Click Options in the top right, then Download PNG.
When PNG is the right file
Use PNG when you need a clear picture: a product photo overlay, a marketplace listing, or a printer that wants an image. The file keeps sharp edges on barcodes better than JPEG.
Need a page you can print from Preview or Adobe? Save a PDF instead. Need a teammate to edit the layout? Send the JSON file.
Print or save
Print on a Zebra from the browser, or download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. Export JSON if you still need to edit the label later.
