A coffee shop WiFi QR is a counter sticker. Type the guest network in the WiFi QR generator, click Generate, print 2x2 or larger. Put “Guest WiFi” in text so people know what they are joining.

Good to know: Use a guest network, not the POS network. If the password rotates, print a new sticker.

How to make a cafe WiFi sticker

  1. Type the guest SSID and password.
  2. Click Generate.
  3. Add the cafe name and “Guest WiFi” under the QR.
  4. Print a counter sticker. Test a scan from the door.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
