Avery 5160 address labels

You can print Avery 5160 address labels from the list you already have. A 5160 label is 2.625 by 1 inch, 30 of them on a US Letter page, 3 across and 10 down. A club mailing, 30 households

Elena keeps the garden club list in a Google Sheet. The first row is Name, Street, City. There are 30 households, which is exactly one sheet of Avery 5160. Row 2 is Rosa Bennett, 140 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38103. She has a laser printer and a pack of 5160. She wants those 30 addresses on the stickers, not typed into a Word table.

One label per row, and the full sheet

Print this shows the address on screen. Print sends the rows she checked. She prints from this computer, chooses letter paper, and turns scaling off. If the printer shrinks the page to fit, the address lands in the gap between stickers.

That path gives you one 5160-size label per row. It does not pour 30 different addresses into the 30 boxes of a single page by itself. How Elena prints the club list
