What to use for Royal Mail, Evri, and Vinted

When Royal Mail, Evri, or Vinted gives you a PDF, print that PDF. Set the dialog to actual size, or 100 percent, and turn scaling off. A 100 by 150 millimetre thermal label (the same size as 4 by 6 inches) is the roll many of those labels use.

The label maker does not log into Royal Mail, Evri, or Vinted, and it does not turn an A4 postage PDF into a thermal label. Use it for a second label you control, such as a barcode the packing table scans.

How to design the pack label

  1. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. The app opens in English.
  2. Set the size to 100 by 150 millimetres, or 4 by 6 inches, or the roll you actually loaded.
  3. Add the order number, the address you are allowed to print, a CODE128 barcode, or a QR code.
  4. If the orders are in Excel or CSV, upload the file. Publish a Google Sheet as CSV. You get one label for each row you check.
  5. Download a PDF or PNG, or print. A Zebra printer can take the job through Zebra Browser Print. DYMO, Brother, and Rollo use the print dialog on this computer, with scaling off.

Postage stays with the carrier

Buy the postage on Royal Mail, Evri, or Vinted. Download their PDF. Print it at actual size on the right stock. Avery 5160 is a US Letter address sheet, not a UK postage label. For your own A4 labels, type the width and height in millimetres.

FAQ

Can this print a Royal Mail, Evri, or Vinted postage label?

Print the PDF those sites give you, from this computer, at actual size. The app does not create their postage barcode and it does not sell stamps.

What size should the pack label be?

100 by 150 millimetres is the usual thermal size. If your roll is different, type that size.

Is the pack label free to design?

Yes. The label maker needs no signup. You still pay Royal Mail, Evri, or Vinted for postage.

Open the label maker
